Payment - Royal Poker Supply currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as electronic payment methods. We also accept US Postal Money Orders. Personal Checks and other money orders/ cashiers checks are not accepted. We reserve the right to place a hold on an order until we are certain the payment has cleared which can take up to 30 days depending on the payment method used. To avoid this we recommend using the electronic methods listed above or a US Postal Money Order.

Shipping - Most items ship within 1-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays after your payment has cleared. All items ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service unless otherwise noted. UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air (Saver) are all available on most items at an additional cost. For international shipments, UPS Canada Standard is used for shipments to Canada and USPS Flat Rate Boxes are available under certain conditions. We reserve the right to substitute shipping services providing similar delivery times. Heavier items generally ship via freight trucking company and can take up to 7 days to ship.

APO/FPO - Shipping is only available through US Priority Mail or US 1st Class Mail. UPS Ground and other rates do not apply. Please contact us for a quote if a US Mail shipping option is not displayed during checkout.

International - We only ship to the United States, US Virgin Islands, and Canada. The buyer is responsible for all duties and/or taxes associated with the shipment as well as any brokerage fees the shipping company may charge.

Custom Items - Custom options you select may delay the shipping process. Ex: Hot stamped poker chips take a minimum of 2 weeks to process. Poker chip labels take a minimum of 3 weeks to complete.

Returns - You may return your purchase in new condition within 14 days if you are unsatisfied with the item. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. A 15% restocking fee applies to all items that are not exchanged.  You must first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number to include with your return. You refund will include the original purchase price of the item(s) minus the original shipping charges. Personalized items, videos, software, sample poker chips, roulette wheels, and gaming tables may not be returned. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless an error was made by us.

Use - All products are intended for recreational use only. Royal Poker Supply is not responsible for any damages or legal action as a result of misuse and illegal activity by the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check local laws to determine the legality of using these products for any form of gambling or wagering.
